Queens, NY - September 27, 2012 – Rosco membership into the Governors Highway Safety Association (GHSA) was approved during the Annual Meeting in Baltimore, Maryland in late August. The GHSA and the Maryland Highway Safety Office hosted approximately 450 of the nation's top highway safety, law enforcement and public health officials during the 2012 GHSA Annual Meeting.
